No customer service/hidden fees
Warning: Zero Customer Support or Care Fraudulent Minor Charges
Do not trust Gametime with your money. My underage child accidentally made a $5,000 ticket purchase on their app without authorization.
I contacted customer service immediately to explain the situation, expecting a reasonable resolution for an obvious mistake made by a minor. Instead, I was met with zero empathy. They completely hid behind their "no refunds" policy, showing absolutely no flexibility for extreme circumstances or unauthorized family fraud. A reputable company should have safeguards against this or at least a dedicated support team to handle high-dollar escalations.
After being forced to resell the 2 tickets to recoup some of the money. They refused to drop or even lower their 10% fee so they could profit yet another $500 off a child's mistake. As far was we know they have made the $500 three times one the same tickets.
Avoid this app at all costs. If anything goes wrong, they will happily keep your money.

I bought tickets for a show for 6/18/2026. The show was cancelled and rescheduled for 8/27/2026, at which time I will be on vacation.
Game time refused to refund the ticket price and told me I should cancel my vacation. When buying tickets for an event, this is not the company to deal with, and Ticketmaster shouldn't deal with the other.

Absolute, soulless rip-off artists! I took my son to the 2026 Daytona 500 and was assigned seating.
It was his first time and what a disappointment. When we got there, there were no seats! We were on a grassed area with hundreds of drunken college students with absolutely no view!
They are primarily dishonest and deceiving! Beware!
